Psycology is closely related to your chances of survival in a emergency or survival situation. In a survival situation you will face a whole range of stressors that ultimately will affect you mentally.
These stressors can bring about thoughts and feelings that can transform you from being confident and well prepared to be unsafe and ineffective with little chance of survival. It is therefore important that you are aware of the stressors that can affect you in a survival situation and how you handle them.
To exploit the effect of these stressors, it is important that you have a survival strategy. To make the strategy must have a knowledge of the basics of survival.
These skills include; Positive mental attitude, water, shelter, fire, first aid, food, signaling and navigation.
On my courses you will learn how to identify and respond to some of the various stressors associated with survival and emergencies.
