I've tasted beaver meat, on the last course I attended. It didn't taste like chicken :-), but more like a taste of tobacco. Not unplesant, but just unfamiliar. No doubt the taste came from the Castor glands, as the smell from them was really strong.   What kind of meat have you tasted, and how did it taste?     /CS
